Starting out — domain and email

Before your website goes live, two things need to be in place: a domain name and a professional email address. These are the foundation of your online identity, and we handle both for you.

Your domain is your address on the web — the "yourrestaurant.co.za" or "yourshop.com" that customers type to find you. Our Domain+ package covers registration and full setup for the first year. After that it renews annually through us — you'll receive a reminder before it's due and simply renew to keep it active. If it lapses, your domain and anything connected to it stops working, so it's worth staying on top of.

Your professional email gives you a branded address that matches your domain — think info@yourrestaurant.co.za instead of a generic Gmail or Yahoo address. It's a small thing that makes a significant difference to how your business is perceived. We offer two tiers:

Email Kickstart

suited to most small businesses. 10GB of storage per mailbox, up to 1000 emails per day, spam and malware protection, and AI-assisted email tools. Billed annually.

Email Premium

for businesses that rely heavily on email. 50GB storage, 3000 emails per day, 30 email aliases, read receipts, and full AI tools. Billed annually.

Both renew annually through us via PayPal, the same way your domain does.

Building your website

Once your domain and email are in place, it's time to build. We design and develop your entire website from scratch — the structure, the layout, the pages, and all the content — based on what you tell us your business needs.

We work with two platforms depending on the scope of your site:

Go Live

is built on Hostinger's website builder. It's clean, fast, and well suited to businesses that need a professional online presence — information pages, a contact form, a basic store, a portfolio. If your needs are straightforward, this is the right choice.

Go Live WP

is built on WordPress. It's a more powerful platform suited to sites that need greater flexibility — more complex stores, custom functionality, or room to grow significantly over time. It takes more to build and maintain, but the ceiling is much higher.

Both packages cover the full build: site structure, page design, and population of all content you supply. If you need a store connected, that's included. If you need content created — photography, video, copywriting — that falls under our production services and is quoted separately.

Revibe

is for businesses that already have a site but need it redesigned or refreshed. At $123 it covers a full structural redesign and repopulation with content you supply.

Update

is a one-off update for existing clients who don't need a monthly subscription — maybe you only need changes made a couple of times a year. At $12 per update it keeps things flexible.

Not sure which build is right for you?

and we'll point you in the right direction.

Important: One thing to be aware of with WordPress builds: depending on what your site requires, certain premium plugins may be necessary — things like advanced page builders, marketplace functionality, booking systems, and so on. Where these are needed, their licensing costs are added to the build price and typically renew annually. We'll always be upfront about what's required and why before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

Keeping it running

Getting your site live is just the beginning. A website that never changes quickly becomes a liability — outdated prices, old promotions, missing products, and stale information all send the wrong message to potential customers.

Our subscription packages are designed to remove that problem entirely. Once your site is live, you stay on a monthly plan that covers your hosting and a set number of updates per month. You send us what needs changing — a new product, updated hours, a seasonal promotion, a new image — and we handle it. No login credentials to remember, no page builder to learn, no tech support calls.

What counts as an update is intentionally kept simple. If you can describe it in a message, we can do it. The number of updates available per month depends on the plan you choose, and different plans suit different types of businesses. A restaurant that changes its specials weekly needs something different to a guitar shop that adds new stock occasionally.

Higher tier plans also extend into social media — we can set up and manage your business profiles, and keep them active with regular posts that reflect what's happening in your business. You stay in charge of responding to your customers directly.

All subscription plans currently run at introductory pricing. We'll give you fair notice before any rate changes, and we're not in the habit of making them without good reason.
